Owner/Director
What do you do?
I am the boss man. I look after the wholesale business, cafes and barista training.
Previous Experience?
I have over 20 years in the coffee industry, and have been in hospitality for over 30 years. During that time, I have been a barista trainer for over 15 years, and owner of two cafes for over 4.5 years.
What’s your favourite coffee?
Latte, but not too hot.
What’s your favourite café meal?
Parmi.
What do you do?
I am the boss lady, I look after the two cafes, catering and function side of the business, as well as the sales in the wholesale business.

What’s your favourite café meal?
When I finally decide its probably the Calamari, chips and salad as long as it’s Gluten Free.

Jarod Gurr
Delivery Driver/Machine Repairs
What do you do?
I am on the road during the day, delivering fresh products to our customers, whilst also checking their equipment to make sure it’s running as it’s best.
Previous Experience?
Young and keen. Don’t hold that against me though. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 5 years now & Barista trainer for 1 year.

Picollo.
What’s your favourite café meal?
Anything without eggs!
What do you do?
I’m the person you speak to on the phone or email when it comes to ordering with the wholesale business. I am also the bookkeeper.

I am currently finishing my studies for my bookkeeping certification and have been in the accounting industry for nearly 10 years. I have also been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years.

I don’t drink coffee, but I do love a hot chocolate!
What’s your favourite café meal?
Chicken schnitzel and gravy burger.
Lara Mackenzie
Bookkeeper/Accounts Receivable/sales
What do you do?
I’m the person you speak to on the phone or email when it comes to ordering with the wholesale business. I am also the bookkeeper.

Aaron Gurr
Barista/Sales
What do you do?
I’m the youngest member of the family here at My Three Beans. As a barista at our café, I’m passionate about crafting exceptional coffee and also take pride in training our team to deliver the same standard of excellence. I also support our wholesale business, stepping in whenever extra hands are needed.
Previous Experience?
With seven years of experience in the wholesale industry and five years in hospitality, I’ve gained a deep understanding of coffee—yet I’m still learning and growing every day.

Caramel Latte with lactose free milk.

Beef Burger.
