Rodney Gurr

Rodney Gurr

I’m the boss man behind the scenes, looking after our wholesale partnerships, cafe, and barista training.

What started as a passion for the coffee industry has grown into building genuine, long-standing relationships with the people and businesses we work with every day.

One of the best parts of the journey has been seeing customers stick with us since the beginning, not just because of the coffee, but because of the trust, connection, and support we’ve built over the years.

For me, it’s always been about more than just coffee – it’s about community, loyalty, and helping people grow alongside us.

I have over 25 years in the coffee industry, and have been in hospitality for over 35 years. During that time, I have been a barista trainer for over 20 years.

What’s your favourite coffee? Latte, but not too hot.


Kylie Gurr

I’m the Business Development Manager, focused on growing new relationships while also supporting and looking after our existing customers.

I love connecting with people and helping businesses find the right fit for their café or workplace, but what makes this role so special is the family feel behind everything we do.

Building genuine relationships, offering ongoing support, and creating lasting connections is at the heart of how we do business every day.

I have been in the Coffee industry for 20 years, hospitality industry for over 30 years, cafe owner for 8 years and love it.

What’s your favourite coffee? Latte, extra froth.


Jarod Gurr

Service Manager | Coffee Technician

I’ve spent the last 9 years in the hospitality industry, including 7 years working within the coffee industry, building a strong passion for great coffee and customer service along the way.

I keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from servicing machines to supporting our customers and cafés day to day.

One of the things I enjoy most about the role is the personal side of servicing. Over the years, I’ve built great relationships with customers and love being able to help keep their businesses running smoothly. There’s a real satisfaction in handing back a repaired machine and knowing they can get back to doing what they do best, keeping their customers caffeinated.

Lara Mackenzie

Bookkeeper | Accounts Receivable | Sales

I’m the person you speak to on the phone or email when it comes to ordering with the wholesale business. I am also the bookkeeper.

I am currently finishing my studies for my bookkeeping certification and have been in the accounting industry for nearly 10 years. I have also been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years.


What’s your favourite coffee? I don’t drink coffee, but I do love a hot chocolate!


Aaron Gurr

Delivery Driver | Sales | Barista Trainer

Over the last 5 years in hospitality and 6 years in the coffee industry, I’ve developed a real passion for coffee, customer relationships, and being part of our family business that genuinely values its community.

I’m stepping more into a mini “boss man” role alongside Rod, learning every part of the business with the goal of one day helping run the ship.

I’ve also started learning more of the service side of things alongside Jarod. When visiting customers, if a machine needs a few tweaks or adjustments, I’m able to help out with Jarod’s guidance, which has been a great way to continue building my knowledge within the industry.

You’ll also catch me making the occasional cameo appearance in the café, jumping in to say hi to some of my favourite loyal customers who always love a chat.
